THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 6

 

5:00 -- 7:00 p.m.   'Kick the Can' Workshop (to design Flower Show entries for ages 5-18 yrs.) in the Depot

                                     All supplies provided. Youth may bring your own flowers.  See poster.

5:00 -- 7:00 p.m.    Entries accepted for Flower Show in the Depot

 

FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 7

 

8:00 -- 10:00 a.m.  Entries accepted for Flower Show in the Depot

5:00 p.m.               Midway Amusement Rides Open

5:00 p.m. - close   Flower Show hosted by Mt. Clemans Garden Club in the Naches Depot.  See Poster.

5:00 – 10:00 p.m.  BINGO – Naches Cheer Squad Parent Group

6:30 – 9:30 p.m.    KROME on stage;  Dancing in the Grass  --  FREE FAMILY ENTERTAINMENT! Suitable for all!

9:30 pm                 $150 BUTTON DRAWING! See Lion a member or Lion bank for buttons.

10 pm                    Midway closed

 

SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 8

 

6 -- 10:30 am      Pancakes and Ham Breakfast at Applewood Park Boosters Booth

7 am - 3 pm        Fire 'Em Up SHOW & SHINE CAR SHOW. Open to all years car, motorcycles & bikes. Sponsored by Naches Fire & Rescue,

                                  contact Marlene at 910-7053 for information.

10 am                 Kids parade in Naches (assemble at Intermediate School on Shafer Ave.)

10:10 am            GRAND PARADE in Naches. Registration table will be in front of the Administration Building at 24 Shafer Ave.

                                  Grand Marshal is the Naches Women's Club

 

                  * * * * Directly after the parade The Naches Valley High School Band and Choir will perform at the Lion's Stage! * * * *

 

11 a.m. - 9 pm      Flower Show hosted by Mt. Clemans Garden Club in the Naches Depot.  See Poster

11 am-10 pm        Bingo for $ in the East Picnic Shelter by the Depot. Bingo is sponsored by the Naches Valley High School Cheer Squad.

Noon - 10 pm       MIDWAY OPENS (Booths, Food, Games, Rides, Hourly drawings).

12 - 5 pm             SUNSHINE Lions Club Silent Auction

1 pm                     Hourly button drawing for prizes begins

1 pm - 1:30 pm     Dance Group

1 pm - 3 pm          Big League Wrestling/Luchalibre-Park’s West

2 pm - 3 pm          Kids games on midway. Open to all ages. FREE

3 - 4:30 pm           Kid’s Fishing Derby (Ages 4-12 years old)

3:30 pm                DEADLINE for Lip Sync Contest Sign up

5:00 pm                Recognition of Button Artist, Becca McTee

5 - 7 pm                LIP SYNC CONTEST. Three Age Groups ( 8 & under, 9-12, 13 & up )

                                       Register at Lions bank by 3:30 pm with music download or CD. Cash PRIZES.

                                       Free to watch but have Sportsman’s Days Button to participate.

6:00 p.m.              Firewood Raffle Drawing (need not be present to win)

7 pm - 9 pm          Manic Thunder Comedy Improv  -- FREE FAMILY ENTERTAINMENT! Suitable for all!

9:30 pm                $500 BUTTON DRAWING
